Internal Comms Campaigns

Concepting and designing internal communication campaigns within Rolls Royce Aerospace.

A number of high profile campaigns were embarked upon during 2022 in an effort to make cost savings within the business.

Each campaign required a visual concept that helped to communicate the overall aims in an impactful and memorable way.

The concept devised for the Rota100 campaign was to create a series of gremlins that represented the different types of waste that the campaign was targeting.

The ValueX campaign flipped the Rota100 campaign on its head to focus on the staff behaviours that could help achieve the savings.

Inspired by cartoon figures like the Incredibles the campaign created a series of hero characters that aligned to each of the behaviours targeted by the campaign.
