Workstack

Workstack was a fully functional subscription based SaaS app that ran for 10 years. I was the co-founder and concept creator covering all creative aspects including the UI/UX design and front-end web development.

I also created the promo video animation sequences that helped to explain the concept of Workstack to would be users.

An animated icon set was created to infer functionality, making the app easier for new users to adopt.

UX improvements were based on user feedback - captured using a mixture of HotJar to track interaction pathways and Intercom to target questionnaires and directly communicate with users.
